I'm Andrea, CEO and Founder of Silver Fern HR Consulting. I help organizations navigate growth, transition, and culture transformation by alignming people strategy with business goals. With deep experience across all areas of HR; from leadership development and organizational design to compliance and employee relations, I partner with CEOs and executive teams to bring clarity, care, and strategic insight to every state of the employee experience.
